外源赤霉素与氯化钙对哈茨木霉生长的影响

摘要 为了解赤霉素(GA_(3))和钙离子对哈茨木霉生长的影响,本试验在PDA培养基中添加不同质量浓度的GA_(3)和CaCl_(2),观测培养24 h和36 h菌落直径的变化。结果表明,添加GA_(3)对木霉菌落直径增加有明显促进作用,其中培养24 h后,0.8 mg/L的GA_(3)处理下哈茨木霉菌的直径是对照的1.42倍。在处理36 h时,0.2 mg/L的GA_(3)处理下哈茨木霉菌的直径是对照的1.35倍。添加外源CaCl_(2)时对哈茨木霉菌生长的促进效果较小,培养36 h后,钙离子质量浓度为0.2 mg/L时可促进哈茨木霉菌生长,此时培养基中菌落直径是对照的1.08倍。 In order to understand the effects of GA_(3)and calcium ions on the growth of Trichoderma harzianum,different concentrations of GA_(3)and CaCl_(2)were added to PDA medium,and the change of colony diameter was observed for 24 h and 36 h.The results showed that the addition of GA_(3)significantly promoted the increase of the colony diameter of Trichoderma harzianum.After 24 h of culture,the diameter of Trichoderma harzianum treated with 0.8 mg/L GA_(3)was 1.42 times that of the control.At 36 h,the diameter of Trichoderma harzianum treated with 0.2 mg/L GA_(3)was 1.35 times that of the control.The addition of exogenous CaCl_(2)had a small effect on the growth of Trichoderma Hartz.After 36 h of culture,the growth of Trichoderma harzianum could be promoted when the concentration of calcium ion was 0.2 mg/L,and the colony diameter in the medium was 1.08 times that of the control.
