乡村振兴背景下高职院校农村电子商务人才培养现状分析

乡村振兴背景下,农村电商在便利农民消费的同时也为农村产业兴旺带来契机。而农村电商的发展,人才是关键。在农村电商的发展中,需要大量、专业化的和高素质的人才支持。高职院校是培养农村电商人才的重要平台,在解决农村电商人才不足问题中发挥着不可替代的作用。该文通过文献梳理和实地考察,分析了当前农村电子商务的发展现状及问题、农村电子商务人才现状及现阶段高职院校电子商务人才培养的途径和方式,进一步分析其存在的问题,为探索乡村振兴背景下高职院校电子商务人才培养模式提供参考。

In the context of rural revitalization,rural e-commerce not only facilitates farmers'consumption,but also brings opportunities for the prosperity of rural industries.Talents are the key to the development of rural e-commerce.In the development of rural e-commerce,we need the support of a large number of professional and high-quality talents.Higher vocational colleges are an important platform for training rural e-commerce talents and play an irreplaceable role in solving the problem of shortage of rural e-commerce talents.Through literature review and on-the-spot investigation,this paper analyzes the current development situation and problems of rural e-commerce,the current situation of rural e-commerce talents and the ways and methods of cultivating e-commerce talents in higher vocational colleges at the present stage,and further analyzes the existing problems,so as to provide reference for exploring the training mode of e-commerce talents in higher vocational colleges in the context of rural revitalization.
