乡村振兴背景下农村基层党组织建设研究

农村基层党组织要把发展乡村振兴作为第一要务,努力提升其政治能力,推动各类资源逐步流向基层,优化组织架构,不断提高工作水平。同时,农村党员的综合素质及队伍建设也是推进党建基层组织工作情况的重要影响因素。农村基层党组织建设面临着部分党员综合素质不高、党支部建设“规范化”理念缺乏、党建工作责任主体认识不到位的困境,这对推动农村发展的策略有很大的影响。该文从当前我国农村基层党建工作的现状入手,对如何进一步加强基层党建工作进行探讨,加强党员综合素质,加大人才储备;提高规范化理念,完善支部制度建设;理清职责,强化职责。增强基层组织的核心领导能力,促进乡村建设的实现。

Rural grass-roots organizations should regard the development of rural revitalization as a top priority,strive to enhance their political ability,promote the gradual flow of all kinds of resources to the grass-roots level,optimize the organizational structure,and constantly improve the level of work.At the same time,the comprehensive quality and team building of rural party members are also important factors to promote the work of grass-roots organizations of party building.The construction of grass-roots party organizations in rural areas is faced with the difficulties of the low comprehensive quality of some party members,the lack of the concept of"standardization"in the construction of party branches,and the lack of understanding of the main body of responsibility for party construction,which plays an important role in promoting the strategy of rural development.Starting with the current situation of grass-roots party building in rural areas,this paper discusses how to further strengthen the work of grass-roots party building:strengthening the comprehensive quality of party members to increasing the reserve of talents;improving the concept of standardization to perfect the construction of branch system;clarifying responsibilities to strengthen it;and strengthen the core leadership ability of grass-roots organizations and promote the realization of rural construction.
