摘要 教育治理数字化转型作为贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局、迈入新发展阶段的重要举措,不仅符合技术跃迁的时代趋势与教育改革的现实诉求,也体现了治理创新的理论遵循。然而,考虑到教育治理数字化转型既无法从根本上排除技术风险,也难以成为抗解问题的解决方案,更不意味着一定带来理想的治理结果,要让如此转型落地生根难免需要一个权衡利弊的调适过程。因此,推动数字化转型中的教育治理从技术之治走向人文之治、从问题之治走向智慧之治、从概念之治走向务实之治,不仅有益于调适跃迁与风险、改革与抗解、创新与悬置之间的利弊,还能让教育治理因为数字化而走上更加丰富、稳健且可持续的转型之路。 As an important measure to implement the new development concept,build a new development pattern,and enter a new development stage,the digital transformation of education governance not only conforms to the trend of the times of technological transition and the practical demands of education reform,but also reflects the theoretical guidance of governance innovation.However,considering that the digital transformation of education governance cannot fundamentally eliminate technical risks,nor can it become a solution to the problems,nor does it necessarily mean that it will bring ideal governance results.To make such transformation take root,it will inevitably require an adjustment process that weighs the pros and cons.Therefore,promoting education governance in digital transformation from technology governance to humanity governance,from problem governance to wisdom governance,and from concept governance to practical governance will not only help to adjust the advantages and disadvantages between transition and risk,reform and resistance,innovation and suspension,but also enable education governance to embark on a richer,more stable and sustainable transformation path due to digitalization.
