摘要
通过鼓励基层卫生院引入6S管理推进同质化管理,促进基层卫生院优化工作环境、完善规章制度、规范技术操作及职工行为礼仪、完善质量控制及安全防范体系。引入6S管理的基层卫生院在盘活固定资产、规范医院管理、减少医疗安全不良事件、提高职工认可度和患者满意度等方面取得了明显效果,有效提升了基层卫生院的管理水平,推动了医共体的同质化建设。
The grassroots health centers were encouraged to introduce the 6S management(SEIRI,SEITON,SEISO,SEIKETSU,SHITSUKE,and SAFETY),in an attempt to optimize the working environment,improve rules and policies,standardize technical operations and staff behaviors,and improve quality control and security systems in these centers.The introduction of the 6S management in grassroots health centers achieved significant results in revitalizing fixed assets,standardizing hospital management,reducing medical errors and adverse events,and improving staff acceptance and patient satisfaction,which effectively improved the governance of grassroots health centers and promoted the homogenization of medical alliance.
