摘要 目的促进形成医院内部绩效考核体系的优化路径,健全医院运营管理体系。方法采用“质量功能展开”中的“质量屋”管理工具确定绩效优化因素。结果质量功能展开技术的运用对优化医院内部绩效考核体系有明显的作用,三、四级手术占比、重点疾病率及患者满意度有所提升,成本控制成效有所提升。结论医院内部绩效考核体系的优化应注重循证性、主体多元性和行动的协同性、规则通约性。 Objective To develop an optimal pathway for the internal performance appraisal system in our hospital and thus improve the hospital operation and management.Methods The"House of Quality"matrix in the"Quality Function Deployment"(QFD)was used to identify factors that optimize the system.Results The use of QFD significantly optimized the hospital’s internal performance appraisal system,with an increase in the ratio of level 3 and 4 surgeries,the rate of treatment for major diseases,the patient satisfaction,and the effectiveness of cost control.Conclusions The optimization of the internal performance appraisal system in a hospital should be evidence-based and emphasize subject pluralism,coordination of actions,and generalization of rules.
