多旋翼植保无人机静电喷雾系统设计与性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 植保无人机因具有较高的工作效率和较低的使用成本,被广泛作为植保施药器械使用,但植保无人机在作业过程中还存在着一定的问题,主要表现在雾滴粒径较小、雾化不均匀且易产生飘移等方面。为解决此问题,设计了可搭载于植保无人机的静电喷雾系统,该静电喷雾系统包括感应式静电喷雾模块和PID流量控制模块两部分。通过与常规喷雾对比发现,在相同条件下,使用静电喷雾技术可提高雾滴均匀度25%左右,在减小雾滴粒径和飘移量方面也较为明显,下降幅度为28%左右。证明了利用该静电喷雾系统具有稳定充电的能力,有利于降低航空植保过程中的资源消耗,对环境保护和提高农业生产投入产出比具有积极的促进作用。 The plant protection UAV is widely used as a plant protection pesticide applicator due to its high work efficiency and low use cost.However,there are still some problems in the operation process of the plant protection UAV,such as small droplet size,uneven atomization and easy drift.To solve this problem,an electrostatic spray system that can be carried on the plant protection UAV is designed in this study,The electrostatic spray system consists of induction electrostatic spray module and PID flow control module.Compared with the conventional spray,it is found that under the same conditions,the electrostatic spray technology can improve the uniformity of droplets by about 25%,and reduce the droplet size and drift by 28%respectively.It is proved that the electrostatic spray system has the ability of stable charging,which is conducive to reducing the resource consumption in the process of aerial plant protection,It plays a positive role in promoting environmental protection and improving the input-output ratio of agricultural production.
