摘要
机械表面质量直接影响加工零件的物理、化学、力学性能,对于加工产品的工作可靠性和使用寿命具有显著的正向效应。不同零件对表面加工质量也有不同的要求。因此,提高加工零件的表面质量对于提高机械应用可靠性具有重要意义。针对以上问题,阐述了表面质量对被加工零件的工作性能影响,并分析影响零部件表面质量的主要加工工艺,提出加工零部件表面质量的优化工艺与发展策略,对于全面提升加工零件的工作可靠性与使用性能提供技术参考与借鉴。
Mechanical surface quality directly affects the physical,chemical and mechanical properties of machined parts,and has a significant positive effect on the work reliability and service life of machined products.Different parts also have different requirements for surface finish quality.Therefore,it is important to improve the surface quality of machined parts to improve the reliability of mechanical applications.In view of the above problems,the influence of surface quality on the working performance of machined parts is expounded,and the main processing processes affecting the surface quality of parts are analyzed,and the optimization process and development strategy of surface quality of processed parts are proposed,which provides technical reference and reference for comprehensively improving the working reliability and performance of processed parts.
