摘要
教学质量监控在教学活动的深入开展以及人才培养中发挥着不可或缺的作用,是提升教学质量、促进教师专业发展及保障学生全面发展的必要手段。教学质量监控体系持续改进应遵循目标导向、系统全面、动态优化的原则,以协同论、过程论、系统论、精细论为指导思想,建立健全标准体系、监控机制、诊断机制、保障机制,加强基于学习效果和评价结果的持续改进机制,推动专业结构优化和创新发展、促进教育教学质量提升。
Teaching quality monitoring plays an indispensable role in the in-depth development of teaching activities and personnel training.It is a necessary means to improve the quality of teaching,promote the professional development of teachers and ensure the all-round development of students.The continuous improvement of the teaching quality monitoring system should follow the principles of goal orientation,comprehensive system,and dynamic optimization,with the guiding ideology of synergy,process,system,and refinement,establish and improve the standard system,monitoring mechanism,diagnosis mechanism and guarantee mechanism,and strengthen the continuous improvement mechanism based on learning effect and evaluation results,thus to promote the optimization of professional structure and innovative development,and the improvement of education and teaching quality.
