生态学视域下城市群与大学群协同发展研究

Research on the Coordinated Development of Urban Agglomeration and University Cluster from the Perspective of Ecology

城市群与大学群是共生共享共赢的命运共同体,它们共同组成了一个生态系统,通过科技、人才、文化互相促进和发展。国外世界级大湾区建设经验也表明,一流大学群为世界级大湾区发展提供科技、人才、文化等动力。我国一些城市群内已经建成各种同质化大学群或大学联盟,大学群的学科发展与城市群的产业发展高度耦合,大学群为城市群的经济发展提供重要科技、人才和文化支撑。但纵观我国大学群与城市群的交互中,存在着高校群区域分布不均衡、竞争力不强、一体化发展不力、多元性不足的问题,需要通过构建完整生态系统、实现大学群与城市群协同发展的“飞地”模式、突出立体多方位协作发展等措施予以改进。

The urban agglomeration and the university cluster are a fate community for symbiosis,sharing and win-win.They together form an ecosystem that promotes and develops each other through technology,talents and culture.The construction experience of world-class big bay area in foreign countries also shows that the first-class university group provides science and technology,talents,culture and other power for the development of world-class big bay area.In some urban agglomerations in China,a variety of homogeneous university clusters or university alliances have been built.The disciplinary development of university clusters is highly coupled with the industrial development of urban agglomerations.University clusters provide important technological,talent and cultural support for the economic development of urban agglomerations.However,there are some problems in the interaction between university clusters and urban agglomerations in China,such as unbalanced regional distribution,weak competitiveness,weak integrated development and insufficient diversity.It is necessary to build a complete ecosystem,realize the“enclave”mode of collaborative development between university clusters and urban agglomerations,and highlight the three-dimensional and multi-directional collaborative development.
