在党的百年奋进历程中,基于对马克思主义人才理论的深度把握与实践的精准认知,确立了党管人才的原则。在党的领导下,在各方人才智慧的汇集中,中国创造了一个又一个奇迹。党的十八大以来,构建起了党管人才的全新格局,“人才强国”向战略纵深发展。未来要继续在党的领导下,通过推进“人才强国”战略、坚持“德才兼备、以德为先”的选才标准、聚焦“聚天下英才而用之”的目标、注重自主培养、强化体制机制创新等举措,实现人才工作新发展,为国家发展、民族振兴提供坚实的人才保障与智力支持。

During the process of the Party’s advancing bravely in the past century,the principle of the CPC’s leadership over talents is established based on the deep understanding of the Marxist talent theory and the practice.Under the Party’s leadership,miracles are created one another with the wisdom of talents gathering from far and near.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party,a brand-new pattern of the Party’s leadership over talents is formed,and the strategy of“invigorating China through human resource development”is developed in depth.For the future,the new development of talent work should be realized under the Party’s leadership by promoting the strategy of“invigorating China through human resource development”,sticking to the talent selection criterion of“virtue plus ability but virtue before ability”,focusing on the goal of“gathering talents from all over the world and appointing them to proper jobs”,paying attention to the cultivation of talents by ourselves,and strengthening innovation in the relevant system and mechanisms,so as to provide human resource guarantee and support for the development of the country and the rejuvenation of Chinese nation.
