服务设计视域下隆昌夏布非遗生产性保护模式研究

Research on the Productive Protection Mode of Longchang Ramie Intangible Cultural Heritage from the Perspective of Service Design

基于服务设计的思维,为隆昌夏布传统工艺非遗的传承发展提供新的建议,从生产性保护的角度,寻找传统工艺在现代社会发展的可能,探究线上线下融合发展的隆昌夏布生产性保护模式。运用服务设计的理论和方法,分析隆昌夏布传统工艺的发展现状;通过分析产品开发流程,进行用户需求挖掘和服务定位,构建APP框架。研究结果表明,服务设计是推动非遗传承发展和振兴传统手工技艺的路径之一。通过搭建线上线下融合的新零售平台,创新夏布生产性保护模式,实现文化保护传承与用户体验提升的共赢。

Based on the thinking of service design,it provides new suggestions for the inheritance and development of the intangible cultural heritage of Longchang Ramie traditional craftsmanship.From the perspective of productive protection,it seeks the possibility of the development of traditional crafts in modern society,and explores the productivity of Longchang Ramie with the integration of online and offline development.protected mode.Using the theory and method of service design,analyze the development status of the traditional crafts of Longchang Ramie;by analyzing the product development process,carry out user demand mining and service positioning,and build an APP framework.The research results show that service design is an important tool to promote the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage,and it is also a systematic guide to revitalize traditional handicraft skills.By building a new retail platform that integrates online and offline,and innovating the production protection model of Ramie,it has achieved a win-win situation between cultural protection inheritance and user experience improvement.
