摘要
为了实现失真度测量仪器的高精度运算并降低系统成本,以FPGA控制器和STM32F429微处理器为控制和检测核心,利用快速傅里叶变换,设计了一款基于FPGA的高精度失真度测量仪,对信号谐波、频率、电压峰值进行高精度测量,实现对信号的失真度测量。实验测量结果表明,该失真度测量仪的信号谐波失真度测量误差为±0.05%,频率测量误差为±0.03Hz,峰值测量误差为±10m V。该测量仪具有精度高、性能稳定,可应用于谐波的高精度测量。
In order to achieve high-precision operation of distortion measurement instrument and reduce system cost,with the FPGA controller and STM32F429 microprocessor as the control and detection core,using fast Fourier transform,a high-precision distortion measuring instrument based on FPGA is designed to make high-precision measurements of signal harmonics,frequency and voltage peaks,and realize the distortion measurement of signals.The experimental measurement results show that the signal harmonic distortion measurement error of the distortion meter is ±0.05%,the frequency measurement error is ±0.03Hz,and the peak measurement error is ±10mV.The measuring instrument has high precision and stable performance,and can be applied to high-precision measurement of harmonics.
