社戒社康工作校局联动新模式的结构与推进路径——基于共建共治共享

摘要 在社会工作实务中,应把握行业发展需求,使公安院校的资源与社区社戒社康中心软硬力量联合,校局联动,优势互补,共同发力,探索建立社会工作介入社戒社康服务的教学实践新模式。社工专业学生在助力社戒社康工作上具有一定的优势,包括扎实雄厚的理论功底优势;灵活多变的技术技能优势;社会认可度高的身份认同优势等。学生在校期间运用多种方式参与社区戒毒与康复工作是专业培养的目标和基础。只有在学校期间积极参与实践工作,产生教育实践行为,才会产生后续研究与效果分析,并真正找出适应社会发展要求的人才培养模式。 In social work practice,industry development needs should be grasped to combine the resources of public security colleges with the hard and soft forces of community social rehabilitation and community health centers,link up the school and bureau,complement each other’s strength and make joint efforts,and explore a new teaching practice model of intervening social work in community drug rehabilitation and community health services.Students majoring in social work have certain advantages in helping community rehabilitation and community health work,including solid and strong theoretical background,flexible and versatile technical skills,and high social identity recognition.It is the goal and foundation of professional training for students at school to participate in community drug rehabilitation and recovery work in a variety of ways.Only by actively participating in practical work and generating educational practice behaviors during school will follow-up research and effect analysis be produced and a talent training model that meets the requirements of social development be truly identified.
