摘要
以‘早佳8424’为材料,通过模拟西瓜淹水胁迫,研究复硝酚钠、萘乙酸钠、云酯素对西瓜生理、生长、产量及品质的影响,为西瓜抗涝机制、产量和品质等方面研究提供理论依据。结果表明,在西瓜受到涝害胁迫后,叶片首先表现为失水卷曲,生长受到抑制。喷洒3种生长调节剂后均表现出一定的缓解作用,72 h时萘乙酸钠的缓解效果最佳,叶片MDA含量降低31.35%,SOD活性提高27.83%,但在药效持续性上稍逊色于复硝酚钠。萘乙酸钠处理组根总鲜重增加18.09%,产量增加17.19%,差异显著。表明萘乙酸钠在西瓜遭遇涝害时,能减少细胞膜损伤,增强超氧自由基清除能力,促进根系生长,提高产量。
Taking‘Zaojia8424’as the material,the effects of sodium nitrophenolate,sodium naphthalene acetate and brassinolide on physiology,growth,yield and quality of watermelon were studied by simulating waterlogging stress of watermelon,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the study of waterlogging resistance mechanism,yield and quality of watermelon.The results showed that after waterlogging stress,the leaf first showed water-loss curl and the growth was inhibited.All the three growth regulators showed certain alleviating effects after spraying,and sodium naphthalene acetate had the best alleviating effect at 72 h,which reduced MDA content by 31.35%and increased SOD activity by 27.83%,but it was slightly inferior to sodium nitrophenolate in efficacy persistence.The total fresh root weight and yield of watermelon under sodium naphthalene acetate treatment were increased by 18.09%and 17.19%,respectively.In summary,sodium naphthalene acetate can reduce cell membrane damage,enhance superoxide free radical scavenging ability,promote root growth and increase yield of watermelon under waterlogging.
