量化评估策略在LEEP治疗CIN手术室护理中的应用

Application of Quantitative Assessment Strategy in Operating Room Nursing of Patients with Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia Treated by LEEP

目的:探讨量化评估策略在LEEP治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变患者手术室护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2022年6月在我院进行手术治疗的宫颈病变患者80例作为研究对象,随机地将研究对象分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),观察组的患者采取基于量化评估策略的手术室护理措施,对照组的患者采取常规的手术室护理措施。观察比较两组患者的一般状况,收缩压、舒张压及心率水平,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量,术前和术后的焦虑量表评分和抑郁量表评分,比较两组患者术后并发症的发生率及满意率。结果:采取基于量化评估策略的手术室护理措施的这组患者的收缩压、舒张压、心率均降低,且与对照组相比,观察组更低,术中出血量也降低,且与对照组相比,观察组更低。与对照组相比,观察组的术后舒适度得到提高,缩短了住院时间。观察组患者的术后并发症发生率也低于对照组。观察组患者满意率高于对照组。结论:量化评估策略应用于LEEP治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变患者的手术室护理,效果较好,可以减少患者的应激反应,降低术中出血量,改善患者术后不良情绪,减少并发症的发生。

Objective:To explore the application effect of quantitative assessment strategy in operating room nursing of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia treated by LEEP.Methods:A total of 80 patients with cervical lesions who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and the subjects were randomly divided into the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).Operating room nursing measures based on quantitative evaluation strategies were adopted for the patients in the observation group while routine operating room nursing measures were adopted for the patients in the control group.The general condition,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups of patients were observed and compared.Moreover,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,preoperative and postoperative anxiety scale scores and depression scale scores were compared between the two groups of patients.The incidence and satisfaction rate of postoperative complications.Results:The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of this group of patients who took nursing measures in the operating room based on quantitative assessment strategy were decreased.Moreover,compared with the control group,the observation group was lower.The operation time and intraoperative blood loss of the patients were also reduced,while compared with the control group,the observation group was lower.Besides,compared with the control group,the postoperative comfort of the observation group was improved and the length of hospital stay was shortened.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was also significantly lower than that in the control group.Furthermore,the satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:Quantitative assessment strategy is applied in the operating room nursing of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia treated by LEEP,and the effect is good.It could reduce the stress response of patients,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,improve postoperative negative emotions,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
