摘要 目的:以‘绿美青花菜’为材料,探索三种不同氮浓度对西兰花产量及品质的影响,以期得到最合适的氮浓度配方,为生产提供理论指导。方法:采用0.5N、1N、1.5N等三个氮浓度营养液配方在基质栽培条件下研究其对西兰花产量及品质的影响。结果:不同氮浓度处理对西兰花产量和多数品质有显著影响,对西兰花的维生素C以及可溶性固形物无显著影响。1N处理西兰花平均产量及长势最好。0.5N西兰花可溶性糖含量和可溶性固形物含量最高,可溶性糖含量达到0.87%,可溶性固形物含量达到9.24%。1.5N处理的西兰花VC含量、叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量、蛋白质含量最高。结论:综合西兰花产量与品质分析,初步确定1N浓度处理为最适于西兰花产量和品质的施肥配方。本研究结果可为西兰花生产合理施用氮肥、最大程度实现西兰花的增产稳产提供理论依据。 Objective:In order to obtain the most appropriate nitrogen concentration formula and provide theoretical guidance for production,the effects of three different nitrogen concentrations on the yield and quality of‘Lvmei broccoli’were explored.Methods:Three nutrient solutions with different nitrogen concentrations(0.5N,1N,1.5N)were used to study their effects on the yield and quality of broccoli under substrate cultivation conditions.Results:The results show that treatments with different nitrogen concentrations have significant effects on the yield and most quality of broccoli.However,it had insignificant effects on the vitamin C and soluble solids quality of broccoli.The average yield and growth of broccoli treated with 1N treatment were the best.The content of soluble sugar and soluble solid of broccoli treated with 0.5N were the highest.The content of soluble sugar reaches 0.87%while the content of soluble solid reaches 9.24%.The VC content,chlorophyll content,carotenoid content and protein content of broccoli treated with 1.5N were the highest.Conclusion:The treatment of 1N fertilizer is the most suitable fertilization formula for the yield and quality of broccoli.It provides a theoretical basis for the rational application of nitrogen fertilizers in broccoli production and maximizing the increase and stability of broccoli production.
