摘要
借鉴国内外教学改革项目管理和绩效评价分析的研究成果,结合该校教改项目管理与评价工作的实际情况,分析近十年某地方本科院校教学改革项目对该校课程建设与专业发展的促进作用,提出教学改革研究项目的管理措施,构建教学改革项目绩效管理与评价模型。研究提出的绩效管理及评价模型对高校教学改革项目管理和评价有一定的现实意义。
Drawing on research results of the performance management and evaluation analysis of teaching research projects at home and abroad,the actual situation of the performance management and evaluation for teaching research projects is analyzed and the promotion of teaching research projects for curriculum construction and professional development in a local university in the past decade are presented in this study.Accordingly,measures of performance management and evaluation towards teaching research projects were proposed,and a model of performance management and evaluation for teaching research projects was formed.It has certain practical significance for performance management and evaluation of teaching research projects for other undergraduate school.
