新工科人才工程伦理意识教育的途径与模式探析

摘要 工程伦理意识的养成是新工科人才培养的重要方面,具有重要的现实意义。面向新工科人才的工程伦理意识教育要适应时代特征、国家需要和年青一代的心理特点,结合新工科产生的社会背景,确立新工科人才应该具有的工程伦理意识的基本准则和相应的职业道德规范。在此基础上,有必要进一步探讨新工科人才工程伦理意识的养成途径,建立相应的教育模式,使新工科人才都能够具有良好的道德素质和高度的社会责任感。 Developing the consciousness of engineering ethics is essential to train emerging engineering talents, which with momentous current significance. The education of consciousness of engineering ethics for emerging engineering talents should adapt to the requirements of the Times, address country needs and the psychological characteristics of the young generation. Combined with the social background of the emergence of new engineering, the basic principles of engineering ethics insensitiveness and the corresponding professional ethics norms should be established. On this basis, it is necessary to further explore the methods of developing the engineering ethics consciousness of emerging engineering talents, and establish a corresponding education model, to cultivate the good moral quality and a high sense of social responsibility for emerging engineering talents.
