Developing the consciousness of engineering ethics is essential to train emerging engineering talents, which with momentous current significance. The education of consciousness of engineering ethics for emerging engineering talents should adapt to the requirements of the Times, address country needs and the psychological characteristics of the young generation. Combined with the social background of the emergence of new engineering, the basic principles of engineering ethics insensitiveness and the corresponding professional ethics norms should be established.
