卵巢储备功能减退患者辅助生殖技术前预处理的研究进展

Research progress of pretreatment before assisted reproductive technology in patients with diminished ovarian reserve

卵巢储备功能减退(DOR)指的是卵巢内窦卵泡的数目减少以及卵母细胞的质量下降。近年来有生育需求的DOR患者逐渐增多,这类患者在接受辅助生殖治疗时,常常不能获得满意的助孕结局。为了提高其临床妊娠率和活产率,研究者们尝试采用各种预处理方案来增加获卵数及提高卵子质量,并从中总结了一定的经验。本文综述了国内外对DOR患者进行辅助生殖技术治疗前行预处理方案的最新进展,旨在改善个体化辅助生殖技术治疗的临床结局。

Diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)refers to the decrease in the number of ovarian antral follicles and the quality of oocytes.In recent years,DOR patients with fertility needs have gradually increased.When receiving assisted reproductive treatment,they often cannot obtain satisfactory pregnancy outcome.In order to improve the pregnancy rate and live birth rate,researchers tried to use various pretreatment methods to increase the number of oocytes and improve the quality of oocytes,and some experience has been summed up.This paper reviews the latest progress of pretreatment schemes for DOR patients before assisted reproductive technology at home and abroad,to improve the outcome of individual assisted reproductive technology treatment.
