摘要
采用有机溶剂浸润法,并通过单因素控制试验,优化丰花玫瑰中总黄酮的提取工艺。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1∶100(μg∶μL),乙醇体积分数60%,温浴温度75℃,提取时间1.5 h,在此最优条件下,总黄酮提取效率达到6.50%。为综合开发利用玫瑰资源提供理论依据,为玫瑰花黄酮的工业化生产奠定基础。
This research extracted the total flavonoids from Fenghua rose with the method of organic solvent soakage.The results shows that the optimal extraction technology was as follows:issue-liquid ratio 1∶100(μg∶μL),ethanol concentration 60%,extraction temperature 75℃and extraction time 1.5 h.Under these conditions,the maximum extraction efficiency of total flavonoids reached 6.50%.The technology can be used as the extraction process of total flavonoids from fenghua rose.This research provided theoretical basis for comprehensive development and utilization of roses resources and laid a foundation for the industrial production of flavonoids.
