打叶复烤一润加水方式对片烟水分的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为探究打叶复烤一润加水方式对片烟水分的影响,在一润加水总量不变的情况下,调整一润进口与出口加水比例,对其片烟水分和化学成分进行检测。结果表明,①在一润工段总加水量不变的情况下,随着进口加水占比增加,烟叶在二润出口含水率由16.62%升高到了17.07%,且二者之间呈显著正相关(R^(2)=0.889)。②烟叶水分散失率由4.05%减小到了1.05%,与进口加水占比呈显著负相关(R^(2)=0.831)。③一、二润出口含水率RSD随一润进口加水占比增加,分别减小了35.88%和34.09%,且两者均与一润进口加水占比呈显著负相关(R_(一润)^(2)=0.864,R_(二润)^(2)=0.896)。④在试验范围内,一润进出口加水比例采用6∶4较佳,烟叶在二润出口的含水率最高、水分散失率最低、水分均匀性最好,同时未对烟叶内在化学成分、色素含量产生影响。通过优化一润加水方式,能为后续打叶工段提供水分均匀性更好的片烟,进而提高打叶质量。 In order to explore the influence of methods of adding water during first conditioning of threshing and rebaking process on moisture content of tobacco leaf,the proportion of inlet and outlet water of first conditioning was adjusted,and the moisture content as well as chemical composition of tobacco leaf were tested,while the total amount of added water remained the same.The results showed that:①The moisture content of tobacco leaf at second conditioning outlet increased from 16.62%to 17.07%,while the proportion of added water at first conditioning inlet increased.There was a positively significant correlation between them(R^(2)=0.889).②The water loss rate of tobacco leaf decreased from 4.05%to 1.05%,which was significantly negatively correlated with the proportion of added water at first conditioning inlet(R^(2)=0.831).③With the increase of the proportion of added water at inlet of first conditioning,RSD of moisture content of tobacco leaf at outlet of first and second conditioning decreased by 35.88%and 34.09%respectively,and both were significantly negatively correlated(R_(1)^(2)=0.864,R_(2)^(2)=0.896)with the proportion of added water at first conditioning inlet.④Based on this study,6∶4 ratio of water at inlet and outlet of first conditioning would be the best.The moisture content of tobacco leaf from second conditioning outlet was the highest,the water loss rate was the lowest,and the uniformity of moisture was the best.At the same time,there was no influence detected on internal chemical composition and pigment content of tobacco leaf.By optimizing the way of adding water at stage of first conditioning,tobacco leaf with better moisture uniformity would be provided for subsequent threshing process,and thus threshing quality will be improved.
