响应面法优化仙人掌果色素提取工艺研究

摘要 以新鲜仙人掌果为原料,通过单因素试验和响应面优化试验,以吸光度值为指标,探究醇法提取仙人掌果色素最佳工艺。结果表明,温度40℃,料液比1∶15,pH值为4时,提取效果最佳。在此条件下测定的吸光度为0.894,与预测理论值0.897接近。 In this study,fresh cactus fruit was used as the experimental material.Based on single factor test and response surface optimization experiment,the extracting craft of cactus fruit pigment was explored taking absorbance values as the response value.The results showed that the optimum extraction yield was obtained when the extraction temperature was 40℃,the ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶15,the pH value was 4.Under the conditions,the absorption value was 0.894,which was close to the predicted theoretical value of 0.897.
