摘要 新工科建设对食品科学与工程专业实践教学提出了更高的要求。基于通过“食品生产综合实训”课程对学生的工程实践能力、创新能力和团队合作能力培养进行实践教学探索。课程以创新性成果为导向,通过任务驱动式教学培养学生综合素养,教学设计融入创新性教学项目,强化学生创新思维训练,以全过程、多维度的考核方式构建创新型实践教学体系。实践证明,该实践教学体系得到了学生的广泛认可,也为学生实习就业和创新创业奠定了基础。 The construction of new engineering puts forward higher requirements for the practical teaching of food science and engineering specialty.This article was based on the Food Production Comprehensive Training course to explore the practical teaching of students'engineering practice ability,innovation and teamwork.The curriculum was guided by innovative results,through task-driven teaching cultivating students'comprehensive literacy,teaching design integrates innovative teaching projects to enhance students'innovative thinking training,and an innovative practical teaching system was constructed with a full-process and multi-dimensional assessment method.Practice has proved that the practical teaching system has been widely recognized by students,and has also laid a foundation for students'internship,employment,innovation and entrepreneurship.
