改进闪速吹炼工艺的研究进展

摘要 闪速吹炼法,是把在熔炼炉中生成的冰铜聚合物熔体水淬,磨细、晾干后在闪速炉时以富氧体气体或工业压缩空气进行吹炼,改工艺后可不断地、高效地生成大量粗铜。和常规的热转炉一样,闪速吹炼炉可持续生产,且该工艺操作在密闭空间中完成,减少了周期性的开风、停风、进料、出渣作业,互不干扰,完美的避开了熔体在熔炼炉和吹炼炉之间的输送。本文对闪速吹炼技术进行了综合评述,介绍了该技术的研究进展、优点、基本原理和改进影响因素等,并展望了该技术的应用前景。 The flash converting method is to water quench the matte polymer melt generated in the smelting furnace,and then convert it in the flash furnace with oxygen enriched gas or industrial compressed air after grinding and drying.After the process is modified,a large amount of crude copper can be continuously and efficiently generated.Like the conventional thermal converter,the flash converting furnace can continue to produce,and the process operation is completed in a confined space,which reduces the periodic air opening,air stopping,feeding and slag discharging operations without interfering with each other,and perfectly avoids the transmission of melt between the smelting furnace and the converting furnace.This paper gives a comprehensive review of flash converting technology,introduces its research progress,advantages,basic principles and improvement influencing factors,and looks forward to its application prospects.
