摘要
为提高金属冶炼生产的质量与效率,开展金属冶炼过程中材料成本用量数学建模计算方法的设计。通过金属冶炼过程中不同作业工况识别、基于数学建模的多工况下材料成本用量数据聚类、基于影响因素分析的材料成本用量精准计算,完成此次设计。通过对比实验证明,此次研究设计的数学建模计算方法,在实际应用中的计算结果精度更高,可以实现对材料成本用量的高精度计算。
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of metal smelting production,the mathematical modeling and calculation method of material cost and consumption in metal smelting process is designed.This design is completed through the identification of different working conditions in the metal smelting process,the clustering of material cost and consumption data under multiple working conditions based on mathematical modeling,and the accurate calculation of material cost and consumption based on influencing factor analysis.Through comparative experiments,it is proved that the mathematical modeling and calculation method designed in this study has higher accuracy in practical application,and can realize high-precision calculation of material cost and consumption.
