摘要
稀土元素分析方法主要有X射线荧光光谱法(WD-XRF和ED-XRF)、仪器中子活化分析(INAA)、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)、电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)等。其中,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法因其优异的分析性能、检测范围、准确性等特点,在地质学上的应用最为广泛。自20世纪80年代起便趋于成熟并应用于地质学上的多个方面,近年来,随着高精密仪器的不断开发应用,以及测试方法的不断改进和完善,更加丰富稀土元素分析测试方法在地质学上的应用。
The analysis methods of rare earth elements mainly include X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(WD-XRF and ED-XRF),instrumental neutron activation analysis(INAA),inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICPOES),inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),etc.Among them,inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry are most widely used in geology because of their excellent analytical performance,detection range and accuracy.Since the 1980s,it has become mature and applied to many aspects of geology.In recent years,with the continuous development and application of high-precision instruments and the continuous improvement and perfection of test methods,the application of rare earth element analysis and test methods in geology has been enriched.
