摘要
近期在市场监督执法中发现有少数生产企业或经销商通过更改过期农药产品生产日期进行再次销售的现象,过期农药的使用不仅给使用者造成较大的损失,也给农产品质量安全和生态环境带来潜在风险。通过研究相关行业管理规定中对生产日期的标注要求以及篡改的处罚规定,探讨并提出完善农药标签中生产日期监督管理制度的建议。
Recently it has been found in the market supervision that some manufacturers or distributors falsified the production date of expired pesticide products and re-sold them,which has not only caused great losses to users but also brought potential risks to the agro-products safety and quality and the ecological environment.By examining the regulations regarding production dates in relevant industries,suggestions are discussed and put forward to enhance the supervision and management system regarding production dates indicated in pesticide labels.
