78%乙·扑·滴辛酯乳油高效液相色谱分析方法研究

Study Agrochemicals for Determination of Acetochlor·Prometryn·2,4-D Isooctyl Est er 78%EC by HPLC

本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+0.3%乙酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,使用ZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在236nm波长下对试样中的乙草胺、扑草净和2,4-滴异辛酯进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,乙草胺、扑草净和2,4-滴异辛酯的线性相关系数分别为0.99997,0.99992和0.99994;标准偏差分别为0.09、0.02和0.11;变异系数分别为0.17%、0.93%和0.54%;平均回收率分别为99.91%、99.56%和99.83%。

A method for the separation and the quantitative analysis of Acetochlor·Prometryn·2,4-D Isooctyl Ester EC by HPLC with acetonitrile and 0.3%acetic acid as mobile phase for gradient elution,using ZORBAX-SB-C_(18) column and DAD at 236nm wavelength was described.The result showed that the linear relative coefficient of 0.99997,0.99992,and 0.99994,and the standard deviation of 0.09,0.02,and 0.11,the variation coefficient of 0.17%,0.93%,and 0.54%,the average recovery of 99.91%,99.56%,and 99.83%was obtained for acetochlor,prometryn and 2,4-D isooctyl ester,respectively.
