摘要
目的:探究人工智能如何改善临床护理。方法:检索PubMed、CINAHL、EMbase、Web of Science、MedLine、the Cochrane Library、Scopus、中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据库(WanFang Database)、维普数据库(VIP)中关于人工智能相关研究,检索时间均为建库至2021年11月15日。结果:共纳入48篇文献,人工智能在护理领域主要应用于病人预测、监测、护理诊断、伤口管理等方面,人工智能技术主要包括机器学习、深度学习、专家系统、模糊逻辑和自然语言处理。结论:现有证据表明,人工智能在一定程度上可提高护理质量,然而,应在现实医疗环境中进行更多随机对照试验研究,以提高该结论的严谨性。
Objective:To explore how artificial intelligence can improve clinical nursing.Methods:Related studies on artificial intelligence were retrieved from PubMed, CINAHL,EMbase, Web of Science, MedLine, the Cochrane Library, Scopus, CNKI,CBM,WanFang Database, and VIP.The retrieval time was from inception to November 15,2021.Results:A total of 48 papers were included.Artificial intelligence was mainly applied in patient prediction, monitoring, nursing diagnosis, wound management and other aspects in the field of nursing.Artificial intelligence technologies mainly included machine learning, deep learning, expert system, fuzzy logic and natural language processing.Conclusion:Current evidence shows that artificial intelligence can improve the quality of care to a certain extent;however, more randomized controlled trials should be conducted in real-world medical settings to increase the rigor of conclusions.
