摘要
介绍杭绍台铁路椒江特大桥主桥及引桥设计:主桥采用(84+156+480+156+84)m双塔双索面4线高速铁路钢桁梁斜拉桥,钢桁梁采用2片主桁、N形桁式,桥面采用正交异形钢桥面板;桥塔采用H形钢筋混凝土结构,塔高190 m,下设置圆端形承台+钻孔灌注桩群桩基础,全桥共布置120根斜拉索;主桥抗风、风-车-桥系统空间耦合振动、抗震性能均满足规范要求;引桥孔跨布置采用单线+双线+单线简支梁、双线+双线简支梁或4线连续梁形式,4线连续梁及空心墩各项指标均满足要求,设计时应重点关注4线桥墩的温度作用、地震作用及局部受力;防撞设施采用主动防撞预警监测系统、被动防撞设施及拦阻系统。
This paper introduces the design solutions to the main bridge and approach bridge of the Jiaojiang River Super Major Bridge on the Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taizhou HSR.The main bridge is designed into an(84+156+480+156+84)m four-track high speed railway steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge with double pylons and double cable planes,in which the steel truss girder is composed of 2 main trusses of N-shaped type,and the orthotropic steel deck is adopted.The 190 m high pylon is of an H-shaped reinforced concrete structure,underlaid with a round-ended pile cap+cast-in-situ bored pile group foundation.The whole bridge is designed with a total of 120 stay cables.The wind resistance and spatial coupling vibration and seismic performance of the wind-vehicle-bridge system of the main bridge meet the specification requirements.The approach bridge is in a span arrangement of single-track+double-track+single-track simply supported girder,double-track+double-track simply supported girder,or 4-track continuous girder.All indexes of the 4-track continuous girder and hollow pier meet the requirements.Attention shall be paid to the temperature action,seismic action,and local stress of the 4-track pier in the bridge design.Anti-collision facilities shall include an active collision warning and monitoring system,passive anti-collision facilities,and arresting system.
