摘要 转体桥合龙利用挂篮或吊架法施工,通常存在施工周期长、风险高、对既有线运营干扰大的问题,且可能使得合龙段梁底与既有线安全距离不足,利用钢壳合龙施工则一定程度上解决了上述问题。从钢壳设计、施工工艺及关键技术、栓接钢壳的技术优势等方面,全面阐述钢壳栓接封闭合龙施工技术。 The closure of the crossing-existing railway bridge erected by swing method is carried out by the travelling cradle method,which usually has disadvantages such as long construction period,great interference and high risk,and even insufficient safety distance between girder bottoms of the closure section.The proposed new type of bolted closure steel shell,in the structure determined by numerical calculation and simulation analysis,improves the construction efficiency of swivel closure,avoids high-temperature welding that results in strength reduction of the steel shell and eliminates the influence of potential difference of the OCS,besides solving the puzzle of limited space at the girder bottom in engineering applications,bringing a significant application value.
