摘要
为避免梁体使用损坏,项目检测过程中逐渐引入无损检测方法。介绍弹性波CT法的基本原理、成像技术并进行室内试验,通过杭绍台铁路项目进行弹性波CT法的现场试验及验证,验证结果表明,弹性波CT法在铁路桥梁0#块混凝土内部缺陷检测中具有快速高效、准确全面等特点,可为后续工程项目检测提供应用参考。
In order to avoid damage to the beam body in service,non-destructive inspection techniques are gradually introduced in the engineering inspection process.This paper elaborates the basic principle and imaging technology of the elastic wave CT method and includes the laboratory tests conducted.The field test and verification of the elastic wave CT method were carried out on Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taizhou HSR project.The verification results show that the elastic wave CT method is characterized by rapid,efficient,accurate and thorough detection of internal defects in No.0 concrete block of a railway bridge,which can provide a reference for subsequent engineering inspections.
