摘要
以福州市主城区为实例,综合考虑山水城市的特色、山体的自然属性、山体的多重价值、山体与周边环境的关系以及人与山体的关系等因素,阐述了山体综合价值评价的实际操作思路与方法。自然山体综合评价体系的准则层中,自然特征所占权重最高,为0.3816;指标层中,高程所占权重最高,为0.1966。结果表明:福州市主城区共有一级山体15座,约占受评价山体总数的25.86%;二级山体15座,约占受评价山体总数的25.86%;三级山体28座,约占受评价山体总数的48.28%。研究结果可为城市山体分级保护规划提供参考和借鉴。
Through case analysis of the main urban areas of Fuzhou City, this paper presents a practical idea and method for comprehensive evaluation of mountains, by giving full consideration to the distinguishing features of Shan-shui cities(literally defined as cities of mountains and rivers), the natural attributes of mountains, the multiple values of mountains, the relationship between mountains and surrounding environment and the relationship between people and mountains. In the criterion layer of the natural mountain comprehensive evaluation system, natural features have the highest weight of 0.3816;in the index layer, elevation has the highest weight of 0.1966. The results show that in the main urban areas of Fuzhou there are 15 first-grade mountains, 15 second-grade mountains and 28 third-grade mountains, representing about 25.86%,25.86% and 48.28% of the total, respectively. This study can provide reference for the planning on graded protection of urban mountains.
