“一带一路”背景下高职院校中外合作办学项目建设研究

Research on the Construction of Sino-foreign Cooperative Education Projects in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of "The Belt and Road Initiative"

随着“一带一路”教育行动计划的推进,高职院校举办中外合作办学成为“十四五”期间教育对外交流合作的重要部署,其价值诉求主要包括引进国外优质教育资源、推进国际化人才培养体制改革、提升国际化竞争力和影响力。在国家政策的大力扶持、从规模扩张向内涵提升嬗变和以“一带一路”建设助推国际产能合作的现实基础下,高职院校应从优质教育资源引进、境外合作院校选择、合作专业匹配、专业课程融合、师资队伍建设等方面来实现中外合作办学项目的可持续发展。

With the promotion of "The Belt and Road Initiative" education action plan, higher vocational colleges to hold Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools has become an important strategic deployment of foreign exchange and cooperation during " the 14th Five-Year Plan". Its value demands mainly includes the introduction of foreign high-quality education resources, the reform of international talents training, improvement of international competitiveness and influence. Under the realistic foundation of the vigorously support of national policy, the shift from scale expansion to quality improvement, as well as "The Belt and Road Initiative" boosting international cooperation, higher vocational colleges should realize the sustainable development of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools by introducing high-quality educational resources, selecting overseas cooperative colleges, matching cooperative majors, integrating professional courses and building teaching staff.
