摘要
随着学生的培养标准逐渐向工匠之师迈进,“工匠型”教师也便应运而生。面对社会发展和教育需求,“工匠型”教师要努力朝着复合技能的拥有者、实践操作的传承者和工匠精神的引领者三个角色发展。因此,需要从匠术、匠心和匠德三个维度来造就和提升教师的素质与水平,校企合作培养匠术,提升理论与实践的双重技能;国家政策保障匠心,强化岗位与能力的双重认同;社会氛围维护匠德,遵守行业与学校的双重道德。
With the training standard of students gradually move towards the master of craftsmen, and "craftsman type" teachers have emerged as the times require. In the face of social development and educational needs, "craftsman" teachers should strive to develop into three roles: the owner of composite skills, the inheritor of practical operation and the leader of craftsman spirit. To generate these roles, teachers should cultivate and improve their quality and level from the three dimensions of craftsmanship, ingenuity and craftsmanship ethics. Schools and enterprises should cooperate to cultivate craftsmanship, and improve the dual skills of theory and practice to make them grow;the national policy guarantees ingenuity and strengthens the dual recognition of jobs and competence;the social atmosphere maintains craftsmanship ethics and abides by the dual ethics of industry and school.
