基于癌毒-态靶理论探讨生物碱类天然药物配伍治疗癌痛

Exploring the compatibility of alkaloids in natural medicines in the treatment of cancer pain based on cancer toxin-state and target theory

癌痛是影响癌症晚期患者生活质量的主要原因之一。癌痛发病机制极其复杂,西医学治疗癌痛疗效欠佳。现通过“癌毒学说”确定癌痛的病因病机和治疗原则;依靠“态靶理论”全方面把握癌痛全过程,精准制定靶方靶药;挖掘具有安全性、疗效性和多样性的生物碱类天然药物的镇痛作用;探讨生物碱类天然药物在中医药内治、外治法中如何配伍成镇痛制剂,同时查阅药理研究、临床试验等保证其科学性和有效性,凸显中药药效显著、无成瘾性、不良反应少及资源丰富等天然优势,从而更好地应用中医药内外兼治、提高癌痛缓解率、改善癌痛患者的整体生活质量,使其成为癌痛综合治疗的重要手段之一。

Cancer pain is one of the main reasons affecting the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer.The pathogenesis of cancer pain is extremely complex,and western medicine is not effective in treating cancer pain.The article identifies the etiology and pathogenesis and treatment principles of cancer pain through the“cancer toxin theory”,relies on the“state and target theory”to grasp the whole process of cancer pain and precisely formulate target prescriptions and target herbs,explores the analgesic effects of alkaloids in natural medicines with safety,efficacy and diversity.Finally,discussion on how alkaloids in natural medicines are compatible with analgesic preparations in the internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.At the same time,pharmacological research,clinical trials will be consulted to ensure the scientificity and effectiveness of the products,highlighting the natural advantages of traditional Chinese medicine such as significant efficacy,non-addictive,few adverse reactions and abundant resources,so as to better apply both internal and external treatment of Chinese medicine,increase the remission rate of cancer pain and improve the overall quality of life of cancer pain patients,making it one of the important means of comprehensive treatment of cancer pain.
