摘要
介绍一种用于玻璃原料配料的计算机控制系统.系统机械结构、硬件电路均按高精度要求设计,软件使用RC低通数字滤波与滑动平均滤波结合的复合滤波技术,以及预测控制算法,系统称量相对精度可达到0.1%.给出了系统框图和程序流程图.
This paper introduces a burden system for powdery glass raw material controlled by computer. The mechanical structure and circuit are designed for the demand of high precision. A compound filter technology that the RC low passing filter followed by the slide average filter is used in software and a predictive control algorithm is also used in the process of weighting. Because of the technology used above, the relative error of weighing has reached 0.1%. Furthermore, system block diagram and program flow chart are given.
