综放面采空区煤自燃预警指标体系构建与应用

摘要 为解决综放面采空区煤自燃问题,实现采空区煤自燃早期精准预警。通过不同供风条件煤自燃程序升温测试实验,得到煤样低温氧化过程中气体指标随温度的变化规律。构建了煤自燃分级预警体系并确立各指标临界值,得到煤温与预警指标之间的对应关系,并在陕西某矿综放工作面进行现场应用,得到采空区不同埋深的煤自燃预警等级。通过对其采空区15.2~20m的位置发出煤自燃灰色预警,并在实施注氮措施后得以恢复生产。研究成果对于早期煤自燃精准防控具有一定指导意义。 In order to solve the problem of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf of the fully mechanized caving face, realize the early warning of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf.Through the temperature-programmed experiment of coal spontaneous combustion under different air supply conditions, the variation law of gas index with temperature during the low temperature oxidation process of coal sample was obtained.The coal spontaneous combustion graded early warning system is constructed and the critical value of each index is established, the corresponding relationship between coal temperature and early warning indicators is obtained, and the field application is carried out in the fully mechanized caving face of a mine in Shaanxi, the coal spontaneous combustion early warning grade of different buried depths in the goaf is obtained.The coal spontaneous combustion gray early warning was issued at the position of 15.2~20 m in the goaf, and the production was resumed after the implementation of nitrogen injection measures.The research results have certain guiding significance for the precise prevention and control of early coal spontaneous combustion.
