井下塌孔失效钻孔抽采失效判定方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 由于我国大部分煤矿存在煤层松软、高地应力等问题,因塌孔导致的钻孔失效对煤矿瓦斯高效治理十分不利。为解决这一问题,基于当前钻孔抽采研究成果,首先进行抽采钻孔失效原因分析,建立包括塌孔、串孔、封孔失效在内的失效原因库;其次理论分析确定塌孔程度的判定指标为抽采负压、流量;最后建立完整孔、局部堵孔、塌孔的对应分级标准,借鉴钻孔内漏气检测方法,设计塌孔钻孔的逐步排查及修复流程。试验判定准确率较高,且修复后钻孔抽采有效期明显延长,具有良好技术经济效益。 Due to the problems of soft coal seam and high ground stress in coal mines in China, the drilling hole failure caused by hole collapse is very unfavorable to the efficient control of coal mine gas.In order to solve this problem, based on the current research results of drilling hole extraction, firstly, the failure causes of extraction drilling holes are analyzed, and the failure causes database including hole collapse, hole string failure and hole sealing failure is established.Finally, the corresponding grading standards for complete holes, partially blocked holes, and collapsed holes are established, and the step-by-step inspection and repair process of collapsed holes is designed by drawing on the method of air leakage detection in drilling holes.The accuracy of the test determination is high, and the validity period of the drilling hole extraction after the repair is significantly extended, which has good technical and economic benefits.
