一种井下重载支架搬运车提升机构链轮的优化设计

摘要 液压支架作为煤矿中使用广泛的支撑设备,发挥着重要的作用,在综合开采设备转场时,液压支架的转运效率将直接影响其转场时长。因此,液压支架搬运车应运而生,其主要用来转运液压支架,提高作业面搬迁效率。液压支架搬运车提升机构是液压支架车的主要联接机构,主要作用是提升和固定液压支架,调整液压支架姿态,使液压支架平稳地随整车一起移动。以一种整体式U型框架式液压支架搬运车的提升机构为研究对象,基于出现的链轮和链条损伤的故障问题,对提升机构链轮进行优化设计。 As a widely used supporting equipment in coal mine, hydraulic support plays an important role.When the comprehensive mining equipment is transferred, the transfer efficiency of hydraulic support will directly affect its transfer time.Therefore, the hydraulic support carrier came into being, which is mainly used to transfer the hydraulic support and improve the relocation efficiency of the working face.The lifting mechanism of the hydraulic support carrier is the main connecting mechanism of the hydraulic support carrier.Its main function is to lift and fix the hydraulic support, adjust the attitude of the hydraulic support, and make the hydraulic support move smoothly with the whole vehicle.This paper takes the lifting mechanism of an integral U-frame hydraulic support carrier as the research object, and studies the optimal design of the lifting mechanism based on the fault problems of sprocket damage and chain fracture.
