摘要 基于矿井采掘深度和广度的延伸,通风系统向工作面稳定供给通风量对于矿井安全高效生产的作用愈发明显,风门在智能矿山建设的应用越来越广泛。针对井下靠近总回撤通道安设的行人风门内外压差较大,作业人员打开困难,在智能矿山建设确保矿井通风系统稳定的前提下,为便捷行人风门快速开闭,利用杠杆原理设计了行人风门辅助开启装置。针对风门两侧高负压环境,基于钝角式和平面式风门设计,提出一种半圆弧式人车同行风门,风门开启风阻减小,人车通行更加便捷。为防止两道风门同时打开导致通风系统紊乱,在两道行车风门间安设自动闭锁装置。分析认为,半圆弧式人车同行自动闭锁风门设计,可减少人力资源投入,降低电能损耗和生产成本,进一步保障了通风系统稳定,提高了智能矿山建设水平。 Based on the extension of depth and breadth of mine mining,the role of ventilation system to supply ventilation volume to working face is more and more obvious for safe and efficient production of mine,and the application of air door in intelligent mine construction is more and more extensive.In view of the large pressure difference between the inside and outside of the pedestrian damper installed near the general withdrawal channel,it is difficult for operators to open it.In order to facilitate the opening and closing of the pedestrian damper,the auxiliary opening device of the pedestrian damper is designed using the lever principle.Aiming at the high negative pressure environment on both sides of the damper,based on the obtuse angle and plane damper design,a kind of semi-arc damper for man and vehicle is proposed,which can reduce the wind resistance and make it more convenient to man and vehicle.In order to prevent the ventilation system disorder caused by the simultaneous opening of two dampers,an automatic locking device is installed between the two driving dampers.Semi-arc type automatic locking damper design,reduce the input of human resources,reduce power consumption and production costs,further ensure the mine production safety,ventilation system stability,improve the level of intelligent mine construction.
