摘要
井下作业环境恶劣,光线黑暗且粉尘非常大、能见度低,同时特种车辆自身盲区非常大,作业过程中会产生很大的安全隐患。为了解决特种车辆作业过程中其他人员接近装备时不易发现造成作业安全隐患的问题,从根本上减小作业安全隐患,提出了基于激光雷达检测接近人员的方案,根据特种车辆结构特征,设计出主动式人员接近检测系统。仿真结果表明,人员接近系统能够在井下恶劣工况下快速识别出接近车辆的人员,并根据人员位置和车辆电子围栏进行监控,紧急情况下可以实施车辆紧急制动。
The underground working environment is harsh,the light is dark,the dust is very large,and the visibility is low,at the same time,the blind spot of the special vehicle itself is very large,which will cause great safety hazards during the operation.In order to solve the problem that other personnel are not easy to find the hidden dangers of operation safety when they approach the equipment during the operation of special vehicles,and fundamentally reduce the hidden dangers of operation safety,a scheme based on Lidar to detect approaching personnel is proposed.According to the structural characteristics of special vehicles,an active personnel approach detection system is designed.The simulation results show that the personnel approach system can quickly identify the personnel approaching the vehicle in harsh underground conditions,and monitor the personnel according to the location of the personnel and the electronic fence of the vehicle,and can implement emergency braking of the vehicle in emergency situations.
