摘要 由于综采工作面布置设计不合理,将会给工作面后期回采造成顶板安全管控困难。以石圪台煤矿3^(-1)煤层综采工作面布置设计为例,探讨综采工作面宽度与矿压显现关系,对比分析综采工作面过上覆集中煤柱、地表沟谷及空巷等特殊条件下工作面矿压显现规律,结合综采工作面的布置实例,在设计上合理选择工作面宽度,优化工作面布置方式,以减小工作面上覆集中煤柱、地表沟谷和工作面空巷等特殊地质条件对开采的影响。 Due to the unreasonable layout design of the fully mechanized mining face,it will cause difficulties in roof safety management and control for the later mining of the face.Taking the layout design of fully mechanized mining face in Shigetai Coal Mine 3^(-1) coal seam as an example,the relationship between the width of fully mechanized mining face and the behavior of mine pressure is discussed,comparatively analyze the behavior law of mine pressure of the working face under special conditions such as overlying concentrated coal pillars,surface valleys and abandoned roadways.Combined with the layout example of fully mechanized mining face,the working face width is reasonably selected in the design,and the working face layout is optimized to reduce the influence of special geological conditions such as concentrated coal pillars,surface valleys and working face empty roadways on the working face.
