支架搬运车机构与液压复合联动转向系统

摘要 传统铰接式支架搬运车前后车架为铰接结构,采用铰接式转向机构,存在转向失效和轮胎易磨损等缺陷,而整体式支架搬运车采用的是全轮转向系统,车轮满足车辆转向基本原理,车轮载荷均匀,轮胎不易磨损。针对整体式支架搬运车U型车架的特殊结构,针对80t级整体式液压支架搬运车提出一种液压复合联动的全轮转向系统,通过连杆机构与液压系统的联动,实现整体式支架搬运车的全轮八字转向模式。 The front and rear frames of the traditional articulated support carrier are hinged structures,and the articulated steering mechanism has defects such as steering failure and easy tire wear.The integrated support carrier adopts an all-wheel steering system,the wheels meet the basic principles of vehicle steering,the wheel load is even,and the tires are not easy to wear.Aiming at the special structure of the U-shaped frame of the integrated support carrier,a hydraulic composite linkage all-wheel steering system is proposed for the 80 t class integrated hydraulic support carrier.Through the linkage between the linkage mechanism and the hydraulic system,the all-wheel steering mode of the integrated support carrier is realized.
