大坡度支架搬运车的技术研究与试验

摘要 为促进无轨辅助运输方式的发展,提升煤矿生产效率,降低工人的劳动强度。本文以航天重工研制的60t整体框架式支架搬运车为研究对象,分析大坡度支架搬运车所遇到的设计瓶颈,介绍航天重工运用智能化重心转移装置方案、智能控制方案、无线遥控方案等一系列技术手段解决行业难题。通过实车成功进行40%坡道试验,验证该方法的有效性,为行业内大坡度车辆设计提供技术参考。 In order to promote the development of trackless auxiliary transportation, improve the production efficiency of coal mines, and reduce the labor intensity of workers.In this paper, taking the 60 t integrated frame support carrier developed by Aerospace Heavy Industry as the research object, the design bottleneck encountered by the large slope support carrier is analyzed, introduced that Aerospace Heavy Industry uses a series of technical means such as intelligent center of gravity transfer device scheme, intelligent control scheme, wireless remote control scheme to solve industry problems.The 40% ramp test was successfully carried out on a real vehicle to verify the effectiveness of the method and provide technical reference for the design of large slope vehicles in the industry.
