双龙煤矿超声波增透煤层与瓦斯抽采实践 被引量:2

摘要 双龙煤矿唯一可采煤层为2号煤层,但煤层瓦斯含量高,渗透率低,导致瓦斯灾害凸显及采掘失衡是当前面临的主要问题。为了提高瓦斯抽采效率、减少抽采时间,自主研发大功率矿用超声增透系统装备,在双龙煤矿开展超声波增透煤层与瓦斯抽采应用工业试验,超声增透技术取得了显著成效。试验结果表明,钻孔瓦斯平均抽采浓度提高了1.01倍,平均抽采流量增大了84.5%,平均单孔抽采纯量提高了2.85倍,平均累计单孔抽采纯量提高了3.83倍。该举措有效提升了瓦斯治理水平,保证了煤矿安全高效开采,能够为同类矿井瓦斯灾害防治提供技术借鉴。 The No.2 coal seam in Shuanglong Coal Mine is the only coal seam that can be mined, but the coal seam has high gas content and low permeability, resulting in prominent gas disasters and mining imbalances, which are the main problems currently faced.In order to improve the gas extraction efficiency and reduce the extraction time, the company independently developed high-power ultrasonic antireflection system equipment for mines, and carried out industrial tests on the application of ultrasonic antireflection coal seams and gas extraction in Shuanglong Coal Mine.The ultrasonic antireflection technology has achieved remarkable results.The test results show that the average gas extraction concentration of drilling holes has increased by 1.01 times, the average extraction flow has increased by 84.5%,the average single-hole extraction scalar has increased by 2.85 times, and the average cumulative single-hole extraction scalar has increased by 3.83 times.It effectively improves the level of gas control, ensures the safe and efficient mining of coal mines, and provides technical reference for the prevention and control of gas disasters in similar mines.
