摘要
为了改善银河煤矿初采期间顶板不易冒落的现象,分别采用了水力压裂和深孔爆破对初采进行强制放顶的工艺,以30304工作面为现场开展了水力压裂人工放顶技术,并对比分析了30303工作面采用爆破预裂切眼顶板的效果。结果表明,深孔水力压裂强制放顶时裂缝扩展半径为30m左右,压裂后工作面初次来压步距为20.5m左右;而采用爆破崩裂顶板时,裂缝半径约为5m,初次来压步距为62m左右。从现场顶板冒落效果、人工劳动强度、操作安全角度分析,认为对于该矿的强制放顶而言,水力压裂的效果更优。
In order to improve the phenomenon that the roof is not easy to fall during the initial mining of Yinhe Coal Mine, hydraulic fracturing and deep hole blasting are used respectively for forced caving of initial mining.The hydraulic fracturing manual roof caving technology is carried out in 30304 working face, and the effect of blasting pre splitting cut hole roof in 30303 working face is compared and analyzed.The results show that the crack propagation radius can reach about 30 m when the deep hole hydraulic fracturing is forced caving, and the first weighting step of the working face after fracturing is about 20.5 m.When the blasting roof slab is used, the crack radius is about 5 m and the first weighting step is about 62 m.From the point of view of on-site roof caving effect, labor intensity and operation safety, it is considered that hydraulic fracturing has better effect on forced roof caving in this mine.
