摘要
针对黄陵二号煤矿现有的智能化矿区生产系统不完善,综采工作面具有三机一架远程集控系统,但感知能力不足的问题,需要改造视频系统等场景识别,并为超前支架与工作面协同推进、多工作面协同规划开采提供安全数据支撑。面对二号煤矿的复杂地质条件,在工作面智能化高效开采过程中,缺乏基于煤层赋存条件的安全环境、开采策略的预测、预判、预控能力等现状,对其进行“智慧矿山”技术升级改造。基于黄陵二号煤矿现有的智能化程度提出改进目标与升级方向,依据“GIS平台”“透明地质建模”“工作面机器人”等重要技术,对智慧矿山的11个子系统分别分析其重点建设内容,为黄陵二号井实现“智慧矿山无人化”奠定了理论基础。
In view of the imperfect production system in the existing intelligent mining area of Huangling No.2 Coal Mine, there are three machines and one remote centralized control system in the fully mechanized mining face, but the perception ability is insufficient, the video system and other scene recognition needs to be improved, and provide safety data support for the collaborative promotion of advance support and working face, and the collaborative planning and mining of multiple working faces.In the face of the complex geological conditions of No.2 Coal Mine, in the process of intelligent and efficient mining of the working face, there is a lack of safety environment based on the occurrence conditions of coal seams, and the prediction, prediction and pre control capabilities of mining strategies.Therefore, the “intelligent mine”technology was upgraded and transformed.Based on the existing intelligence level of Huangling No.2 Coal Mine, the improvement goal and upgrading direction are proposed.According to the important technologies such as “GIS platform”,“transparent geological modeling”and “working face robot”,the key construction contents of the 11 subsystems of the intelligent mine are analyzed respectively, laying a theoretical foundation for the realization of “unmanned intelligent mine” in Huangling No.2 Coal Mine.
