稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病心律失常的效果观察

Effect observation of Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease arrhythmia

目的 分析稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病心律失常的临床效果。方法 94例老年冠心病心律失常患者为研究对象,依据随机单双数法分为对照组与观察组,各47例。对照组采用美托洛尔治疗,观察组采用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后24 h动态心电图指标、不良反应发生情况及临床疗效。结果 治疗后,观察组短阵室速次数(42±9)次/24 h、室性早搏次数(2100±121)次/24 h、ST段降低持续时间(1.16±0.13)min、ST段降低值(0.90±0.37)mm均优于对照组的(82±16)次/24 h、(3500±151)次/24 h、(2.06±0.73)min、(1.42±0.56)mm,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率95.74%高于对照组的82.98%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 老年冠心病心律失常患者采用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗可有效提升治疗效果,改善心律状况,无严重不良反应,有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease arrhythmia.Methods A total of 94 senile patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random odd and even number method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol,and the observation group was treated with Wenxin granules combined with metoprolol.The 24-h dynamic electrocardiogram indexes before and after treatment,occurrence of adverse reactions and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the number of non-sustained ventricular tachycardia(42±9)times/24 h,number of premature ventricular beats(2100±121)times/24 h,duration of ST segment reduction(1.16±0.13)min,and ST segment reduction(0.90±0.37)mm in the observation group were better than(82±16)times/24 h,(3500±151)times/24 h,(2.06±0.73)min,and(1.42±0.56)mm in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate 95.74%of the observation group was higher than 82.98%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Wenxin granule and metoprolol in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease arrhythmia can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,improve the rhythm of the heart without serious adverse reactions,and has clinical application value.
